Edit: Faroese, Icelandic and North Sami have been added!
Hi, everyone! Whether we’re literally Cookie Monster or not, who doesn’t like cookies? So while it may be National Cookie Day only in the US, I figured we all could enjoy this delicious set of vocabulary I’ve gathered with the help of native speaker friends, of course. While some cookies are widely enjoyed, such as chocolate chip, some countries have their own popular varieties.
Now, I must apologize because I am not 100 percent over my cold (or whatever it is), so these lists weren’t ready first thing this morning here on the East Coast of the US. But I’ve been especially looking forward to this vocabulary list release since I learned Cookie Day even existed. So enjoy your choice of four languages for now until I get the others added: Danish, Elfdalian, Norwegian or Swedish. Or enjoy learning all of the above. Either way, download now so you can study them while eating your favorite cookie :).
Danish
Elfdalian
Faroese
